Guitar Hero Ministry Mentality

This post from Steve Furtick is so good that I've shared it with all my youth leaders, and even mentioned it in my sermon on Wednesday night. Here's an excerpt:

If my generation isn’t careful, we may fall into a Guitar Hero mentality toward ministry:
Everybody wants to be a rock star, but no one wants to learn the chords.
